Ruth Jennings, Assistant Administrator
Ruth moved to Willow in 1994. She earned a degree in human services from Mat-Su College and has extensive experience in providing services to persons with disabilities who live in the Mat-Su Borough. Ruth is committed to delivering quality in-home care services that enable our elderly or disabled residents to continue to live in our community and enjoy a high quality of life in Willow and the surrounding communities.
Tom Dahlen, Administrator
Tom is a long time Willow resident. He has an MBA in Health Care Administration and has provided direct Care for elderly and disabled persons in the Mat-Su Borough for more than 20 years. Tom is committed to delivering quality care services to our community and providing good caregiving jobs to local residents.
